renumber vm ops (objcode cookie bumped)
* libguile/objcodes.c (OBJCODE_COOKIE): Bump. * libguile/vm-i-loader.c: * libguile/vm-i-scheme.c: * libguile/vm-i-system.c: Renumber instructions, so I can have a bit more space to work.
