Allow users to force gmp to use libgc
* doc/ref/guile-invoke.texi (Environment Variables): Document
GUILE_INSTALL_GMP_MEMORY_FUNCTIONS.
* libguile/numbers.c (scm_init_numbers): Use environment variable.
